Our typical services include traditional architectural services that stretch from site selection, project definition design, working drawings and inspection during construction. We also regularly provide services to property managers which includes building lease area certification, lease clause review, building condition reports and pre-purchase inspections. We consider it important to be acutely aware of building management realities as this impacts upon key decisions during the design & construction phase.
Our Office
Built in 1987 and located at 824 Meath Street, our office was the first architectural studio in Ottawa purpose-designed by architects, for architects. Reimagined through a full renovation in 2026 as part of our 125th anniversary, the building reflects both our history and our continued evolution as a practice.
