Dental Office Dr. Lee

Our Team was retained to provide full interior design services for the renovation and fit-up of 1300 sq.ft of a new dental office. This project was completed in 2 phases to ensure the fit and functionality of the space to the needs.

We implemented Design Development techniques to ensure that the re-use of existing dental equipment did not detract from the overall ‘image; of the clinic which was critical to Dr. Lee. Coordination of finishes with new and old for an overall balanced design. The Project Objectives were to apply Smooth coordination of all phases to ensure that new and existing equipment (moved from Dr. Lee’s present suite) installed in precise locations – core locations were critical.
A constraint of the project was to meet a tight timeline and budget while achieving a modern aesthetic throughout the clinic.

Phase 1: Divide Unit 102 into two suites creating a new tenant space (108) through the use of smoke separations, as required by code. Feasibility Studies were required to assess the amount of space required for the clinic. This formed a critical part of the lease negotiations with the present tenant and the landlord.

Phase 2: Using the approved feasibility study develop the design to create a clean modern clinic that reflects the clients desired ‘image’. Coordination was required with the dental equipment rep in order to ensure fit and functionality while adhering to the desired image.
