Project Overview

PR-TY was the architectural firm of record for this building’s construction in 2000. The “G.Best Building” is set back from Legget Drive with heavily landscaped parking rooms and overlooks the 16th green of the Marshes Golf Course. The exterior of the Building is clad with architectural metal panels and aluminum framed curtain wall with low ‘E’ glazing. Unique to commercial office buildings, each floor (2-6) incorporates 2 balconies that overlook the extensively landscaped grounds.

PR-TY continues to provide professional services for this building on an ongoing basis in the form of interior fit-up’s, and renovations. Tenants include: IPeak, Gallium, Dragon Wave, Nucletron, Altera, and PMC Sierra.
