Gordon K. Krieg is a Senior Associate working as a senior Project manager and has worked with PR-TY since 1988 and was Principal and shareholder of Pye & Richards Architects Inc. since 2000. His experience encompasses both architecture and planning. He has extensive experience in a broad range of building types such as multi-unit residential, industrial, commercial, community and recreational centres, high technology and office projects.
Some of Gord’s more notable projects include Marshes Golf Clubhouse (2006), Ericsson Offices and R&D Centre, Kanata (2014), 5050 Innovation Drive, Kanata (2014), Don Gamble Pool renovations, City of Ottawa (2017), Ciena Office and R&D Centre Kanata (2017), Brookstreet Hotel Addition, Kanata (2018), Ages Road Fit-up for PSPC (2019)
He currently acts in the capacity of a senior project manager and takes a lead role in projects from the initial client meetings through schematic and detailed design, contract documentation and construction administration. His expertise includes BOMA lease area certifications, building science, code review, and scheduling. Gord is responsible for the firm’s CAD systems and is skilled in 3d modelling of projects.
Gord graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Environmental Science in 1983 and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1987.
