Kayla Carrette is PR-TY’s receptionist and administrator. After receiving a diploma in business management from Algonquin College, Kayla has nearly a decade of experience in various other administrative roles in industries spanning telecommunications, insurance, and construction. With an earlier background in hospitality and customer service, Kayla is quick to juggle competing demands and does so with a customer-focused approach. 

 

Kayla is responsible for assisting all who enter the PR-TY building on Meath Street as well as those who directly contact the office. She also offers administrative support for the PR-TY team and lends a helping hand to anyone who needs it.  

 

Originating from a military family, Kayla has moved all over Canada for much of her life and now permanently calls Ottawa, “home”. She has experienced all walks of life during her travels and is thrilled to be able to forge further relationships within the PR-TY team and their associated clients.
