Kristy Bernard
Kristy Bernard is a Senior Designer at PR-TY, she began her career after graduating from the Bachelor of Applied Arts – Interior Design Bridging program at Algonquin College in 2014, having also earned a Diploma in Interior Design from Georgian College and a Certificate of Sustainable Design at Algonquin.
Since joining the team, Kristy has worked on a variety of commercial, residential and retail projects, gaining valuable experience in many different facets of the business and working her way up to a valued Senior Designer and Manager.
Kristy’s knowledge and leadership are amazing attributes that make her the office go-to for advice and direction.
With her educational background, Kristy is passionate about sustainable design and is a future leader in changing the way buildings and spaces are designed, to help reduce our impact on the planet and create a place for future generations to enjoy. Kristy is an ARIDO certified designer and a LEED Green Associate.
When she’s not roaming the dog park with Lexi and Dallas (her Husky/Shepherd mixes), Kristy is enthusiastic about community work including Habitat for Humanity Global Village, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ottawa, volunteering at Shepherd of Good Hope, Ronald McDonald SkiFest and more.
