Sarah Robinson
Sarah M. Robinson is a Historical Specialist with PR-TY. Her expertise includes archival documentation, photography, historical analysis and research.
She joined the PR-TY team as a practicum student in 2019, and has continued to assist the firm after the practicum had been completed. Her first project included compiling a historical inventory of PR-TY’s past projects, available as an interactive timeline on our History page.
Sarah’s passion for the history of architecture is demonstrated in her commitment to the community. At Carleton University, she acted as Treasurer on the Carleton Art History Undergraduate Society club (CAHUS), and regularly volunteered during Academic Orientation, and is a volunteer member of Heritage Ottawa’s “Glebe Community Association Heritage Committee” At her previous practicum, she aided “National Historic Sites Alliance” where she wrote architectural descriptions of National Historic Sites detailing characteristics, and reasons for designation. In practice, Sarah acted as Heritage Specialist at Billings Estate - a National Historic Site of Canada.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, and has good knowledge of Italian.
In 2020, Sarah will be Graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts: Major in History and Theory of Architecture.
