Hyman-Soloway Residence Renovations

Project Overview

PR-TY provided architectural services for Ottawa University’s “Hyman-Soloway Residence”. These services included: the renovation of offices on 1st floor, rehabilitation of 81 student apartments on 6 levels, as well as M&E engineering services related to ground floor upgrades. The building is 1,200 m2 floor area per level.
